Our relationship with food is a relationship with nature.

As part of one system, every part has a role in the functioning and thriving of the whole.

The ground at our feet is the source.

from here, everything starts, and to here, everything returns.

In this relationship, Spectrum of Natur creates from the infinite range of nature, fostering the natural connection between regenerative agriculture, conscious culinary, and nutritious food to cultivate the well-being of both people and the earth, while collaborating with farmers, small producers and artisans, to craft dining experiences.

The raw materials are organic, harvested from local farms, foraged from the wild,

and undergo processes using various techniques. 

Made entirely by hand and based mainly on plants. Flavours change with the seasons.

Spectrum of Natur is not rooted in one place, rather wandering.
